Lanemark FD-C series packaged burners are specificallydesigned to offer flexible, high turn-down (gas only)control for process air heating applications inconvection ovens and dryers.FD-C series burners are particularly suited to direct-firedapplications and can be mounted directly on to the wallof a dryer, oven or process air heating duct to operateeither in line with or at 90Ëšto the process air flow.FD-C series burners produce short flame profiles – soimportant for industrial oven design. Combustion air andgas is progressively mixed within the internal burnercone assembly, guaranteeing stable combustion over awide range of oven/dryer process air flows.

FD burners conform with European Standards EN 676 and EN 746 as appropriate and are pre-wired and tested prior to despatch.

Specifications

The standard FD-C burner comprises a burner windboxincluding a protective burner cowl, combustion air fan,a manual sliding damper fitted between the combustion airfan and the air entry flange on the burner windbox, acompact monobloc valve gas train and gas burner controlsmounted in a control box.Standard control items include a burner controller, ignitiontransformer and differential air pressure switch. Two 3-way airvalves perform safety checks on the air pressure switch inboth open and closed modes each time the burner fires,allowing the independent operation of the combustion airfan in conjunction with oven/dryer main recirculation fans.
