The CAMEO® DISK SILVER & GOLD are non diamond pre-polishing discs developed for use with Bio DIAMANT ® abrasive products (free abrasive). Regularity, time saving, economy The patented alveolus structure of the CAMEO® DISK SILVER & GOLD allows for the uniform, regular distribution of the diamond abrasive which is sprayed on periodically. The use of the abrasive is optimised, thus reducing the consumption of diamond based products. The alveolus structure optimises the circulation of the abrasive and the binder/lubricant. The abrasion residues are evacuated easily whilst the microtanks store the free abrasive and permanently re-supply the cutting zones. This phenomenon guarantees the constant, massive removal of stock. Polyvalence There are two versions of the CAMEO® DISK, Silver & Gold, combined with the wide range of Bio DIAMANT® abrasives, making it possible to work on all types of materials. Several fixation systems are available. METALLIC SUPPORT DIAMOND LIQUID Optimal flatness and finishing The excellent finishing quality (without disturbed layers) and flatness generated by the CAMEO® DISK used in association with Bio DIAMANT® liquids guarantee rapid finishing of the sample during the polishing stage. (see diagram) Longevity The material that the CAMEO® DISK is made of as well as the use of free abrasives enables you to reuse it many times and for different applications.
