Pulsarlube M Service Pack Replacement Guide - 1

Deaeration & Quality Control Every grease pouch is accurately filled and then put through the deaeration process. This process utilizes centrifugal force to virtually eliminate small pockets of air entrapped in the grease pouch for both cosmetic and functional purposes. Entrapped air may result in an air lock in the pump of the Pulsarlube M lubricator, leading to possible unit malfunction due to priming issues. The volume of grease is carefully adjusted for each batch; therefore the weight of the product may vary based on the specific weight of each individual grease type.
