The contaminated air is sucked in at the workplace into the  ltering unit via ERGO extraction arms. After cleaning the air is returned to the process room. Filters – after reaching the limit pollution rate, have to be replaced for new (regeneration is not possible). RAK is manufactured in mobile and wall-mounting versions. Structure RAK consists of subsequent elements: - radial fan - net  lter (spark catcher) -  ltering pad – class G- - compact  lter – class F- - active carbon impregnated spunbond  lter - control unit - castor assembly for the mobile version, or a set of brackets for the wall mounting version. The device is manufactured in three sizes, adapted for installing of one, two or three ERGO extraction arms of a diameter  mm and workrange  or  metres (ERGO-L/Z-R. Operational Use The appliance is operated and controlled by means of a control unit. In case of the mobile version, the control unit is built-in on the housing, whereas for the stationary version, the control unit has to be installed apart from the device in a place chosen by User. Pressure control in the device signalises by the lamp the necessity of compact  lter replacement. Periodical maintenance consists in: - periodical cleaning the net  lter - periodical replacement of the  ltering pad and the carbon fabric (every several months) - periodical replacement of the compact  lter (according to the indication of the signalling lamp).
