KKS Systems for the etching of dental implants Unloading station with gate into the cleanroom The fully automatic etching systems of KKS are specially designed for structuring the surface of dental implants. Their modular design allows an individual combination of various process steps, such as single etching, double etching, rinsing and drying. Integrated air supply and exhaust system: • Air supply with integrated H14 filter • Central exhaust for the whole system and separate exhaust above the etching tanks with connection to a air scrubber Etching tank made of chemical resistant polymer (PTFE) with automatic swivel cover and integrated exhausting All components in contact with the media (eg, tanks, valves, pipes, etc.) are made of chemical resistant materials. The control system, combined with its intuitive user interface, enables high performance and continuous functionality.
