Services
Kistler offers RoaDyn customers regular user conferences and seminars with a choice of venue (Kistler Training Center or in-situ). Application Centers in Europe, Asia and North America ensure proximity to the customer and rapid assistance with calibration, customer service and spare parts. A range of services available worldwide can therefore be taken for granted.
Calibration service
The wheel force measuring systems from Kistler are calibrated in the company's own laboratory according to the most stringent criteria. Only at Kistler are the forces applied eccentrically in relation to the axis of rotation of the system in order to simulate realistic conditions during calibration. This ensures the published specifications of the system will be achieved under even the most adverse circumstances.
Application center on every continent
Three application centers specializing exclusively in vehicle measurement technology form the strategic support points from which Kistler serves its RoaDyn customers. These centers are in the immediate vicinity of the major automobile manufacturers - in Stuttgart for Europe, Tokyo for Asia and Detroit for America.
As well as offering system maintenance quickly and accurately, the regional application centers ensure a quick response to any problems or service needs. Regular calibration checks are performed, fully documented and archived. If necessary these services can also be provided in-situ so all customers can always rely on their measurements. Conformity with factory calibration and ISO 9000ff specifications is also ensured at all times. Kistler is of course properly certified.
The closeness of the application centers to the customer limits the downtime of the measuring systems during servicing or re-calibration and therefore minimizes associated costs.

Wheel force measurement experts get together regularly at Kistler for the International Conference for Measuring Wheel Users. The focus is on technology, new products, development trends and services. This regular exchange of information with practitioners, users and market partners, and discussion of requirements and ideas, is not just stimulating ongoing development at Kistler. It has also opened up numerous new applications in the force and acceleration measurement markets. Rather than only a supplier of measurement technology, Kistler regards itself as a partner of the automobile industry specializing in this aspect of measurement.
Rental service
Kistler offers a rental service for customers who are not involved in continuous long-term testing, or only want to supplement the existing contingent of wheel force measuring systems for short periods. The diverse range of rental systems allows the right solution to be found for any task. If required, Kistler specialists can professionally monitor the equipping of the vehicle and the measurement procedures.
