Product Testing Testing machines Application High quality products require qualified test methods. Kistler's wide product range enables optimum measurement solutions in the widest variety of testing systems. Kistler equipment measures tensile forces in material testing machines, records impact forces and accelerations in crash test systems, or analyzes forces and vibration on vehicle test beds. Use/purpose These measurements are ultra-precise, the compact and enormously rigid construction of Kistler force sensors allowing highly dynamic processes to be recorded. Switches and connectors Applications Quantity production of connectors, springs or contact elements requires reliable error detection. End products of the highest quality can be produced by means of a test interval in full or in the form of random sampling to record the force or torque function. Use/purpose Safety components (e.g. the plug connections of airbag systems) need to be absolutely reliable. Equally, contact elements (relays) need to function reliably even after thousands of cycles. It is thanks to Kistler spring-force measuring technology that millions of PC users can rely on their mouse to keep clicking without fail. 3-component force sensor 9067B Compact design, for force measurement in the X, Y and Z axes. 3-component quartz force link 9377B Preloaded and calibrated, for measuring tensile and compression forces. Reaction torque sensor 9349A Torque measurement of ±1 ... ±1'000 N·m, 2 calibrated measuring ranges of 100, 10 %. 3-comp. dynamometer 9257B... Force measurement with high resolution, high natural frequency, splash-proof IP 67. 2-comp. dynamometer 9125A... Cutting force measurement on a rotating tool, up to max. 25 000 1/min. Multichannel charge amplifier 5070A... For 4 ... 8 independent measuring channels, remote controllable via IEEE-488 or RS-232C. www.kistler.com 19
