With this innovation called One Cut Risers®, fixture shops no longer need to waste money and timing on the machining of non-standard, single piece or small quantities of risers. One Cut Risers® save your cost and timing through their major features: • Serialization of supplied height from 2.5” up to 12” with the increment of up to 2”; • Availability to any 3D positions of clamps; • Attachment holes for clamps and mounting holes to base are all pre-taped and drilled; • Ease of installation By selecting an appropriate type and supplied height, the riser can be used instantly without any extra machining work to meet the requirements of clamp installation in any orientations of 3D space. Only in rare circumstances, it requires a simple cut. By default, the thread hole patterns are built to Kinto Canada supplied clamps. We also build them to customer’s specs. The One Cut Risers®, include three different types. They are One Piece Riser, Two Piece Riser and Three Piece Riser. Along with One Cut Risers®, our checking fixture component division also supplies One for Two® Risers, Casting Aluminum Bases and Toggle Clamps.
