Simple Cleaning andMaintenance

Because product never leaves the conveyor bedsurface, it “self-cleans” by continuously scrubbing the conveyor bed. The stainless steel bed is easily sanitized with standard wipe-down or high- pressure washdown. Unlike belt conveyors, there is no contact between product and moving parts. The support frame features sani-tube construc- tion. And Horizon’s drive system reduces mainte- nance costs because it has fewer moving parts.

™ , the newestin our Iso-Flo Horizon’s new (patent pending) drive system, based on Iso-Drive technology that powers all Iso- Flo conveyors, generates a slow-forward/quick- backward motion of the conveyor bed. By virtually eliminating vertical bounce, Horizon reduces breakage of delicate products, minimizes coating loss, and eliminates condiment buildup, both on the conveyor bed and in the consumer’s package.
