Description of System Software for the Controller Interface The BalaDyne total automatic balancingsystem by KENNAMETAL comes complete
with user-friendly software for the Windows
controller interface and an instruction video to
help you to increase productivity by reducing
or eliminating tool vibration, thereby saving
time and money.The controller interface provides importantoperating data for the machine and balancing
system, including spindle speed, vibration
amplitude and phase angle, counterweight
position, vibration alarm and error signals.It also offers simple click control of thebalancing system and manual control of the
balancing counterweight positions. Test Results The adjacent diagram presents the result of atest conducted with the balancing system.
