® Description of System The BalaDyne balancing system byKENNAMETAL reduces or eliminates vibration of the rotating tool holder and the spindle. This means that you can increase productivity as well as saving time and money. The System The BalaDyne total automatic balancingsystem by KENNAMETAL monitors and corrects the vibration of the rotating tool holder and the machine spindle. Within seconds of changing the tool holder or workpiece, whilst the spindle is rotating at operating speed, vibrations can be reduced significantly or even eliminated altogether.The complete system comprises a controller, avibration detector assembly, a balancing ring system and a coil system in a tower. An instruction video, software disks and an operating manual are available, describing the system and how to set it up.
