Note:
HSK hydraulic expansion chucks are balanced on high-precision balancing machines KENNAMETAL HERTEL.
Acc. to DIN ISO 1940 part 1 a balancing quality of 15000 rpm with G 6.3 is achieved.
Researches by various universities and also by KENNAMETAL HERTEL have proven that the left-over
imbalance reproduced is limited due to the change accuracy of the tool links found on the current market.
Acc. to state-of-the-technology the limit values at imbalance reproduced are located in a range from 2 to 5 urn.
Perfect axial runout of an assembled tool can only be achieved by a balanceable tool adaptor assisted
by a balancing machine.
