Deli Attritor, a patented product developed by our factory, is a mechanical impact four mill with high speed. By using the shock towards highly rotary plate to raw materials, the grinder can cause crash between materials, materials and stationary high-abrasive plate. By this way, the materials can be grinded ultra fine. It is designated for grinding friable materials under medium hard, such as steatite, calcite, kaolin, mica, graphite, gram mite, bentonite, diatomite, alumina, pigment, fuel and so on. The charge-in granularity is 5 to 8 mm, usually small than 5 mm. And the discharging granularity can be adjusted from 3 to 25 um (500 to 2500 meshes). Compared with other types of mills, Deli ultra micro grinder has the advantages of easily adjusting of the granularity, using widely, occupying smaller installation area, operating continuously and grinding in closed circuit.
