The Materials Used for the RIVATEX Fittings

RIVATEX

Based near Nantes in the West of France, RIVATEX is a specialist in the design and manufacture of flexible packaging and fittings for trays, trolleys and containers.

RIVATEX offers numerous industrial sectors (automotive, aeronautical, electrical appliances, perfume, glass, plastics), solutions designed to protect delicate plastics, painted parts, glasses, fragile parts, etc.

Effipack®

Non-woven 100% polypro-1 pylene, single layer.

v Available in white or grey, ^SPF 40, 60, 90 and 120 g/m^?. Used for pockets or fittings designed to protect visible parts, which are mainly prone to scratching.

Tray made from a single piece of twinwall polypropylene, Akylux® or Bubble Guard®, with a choice of

fittings.

Linked horizontal separations, enabling parts to be

stacked one on top of the

other.

Unit of cells welded or sewn.

Effimat

Three-ply lamination comprising a central polypropylene ^ cushion, inserted between two Effipack® sheets, in contact with the parts.

Available in grey, 60/150 and 60/300 g/m²(60 g/m²for Effipack® and 150 or 300 g/m² for the

cushion).

Used for protection against scratching, but also (thanks to the cushion) against shocks, tears or piercings.

Effitek

Non-woven 100% polypropylene, three-ply lamination comprising 3 sheets of Effipack®.

Available in white, 150 g/m².

Same properties as Effipack® with a greater tear resistance due to the three-ply structure. Used for Rivapan, Rivacover and Rivakaz fittings.

Rigid cells in twinwall polypropylene

(Akylux® or Bubble Guard®) and/or solid

(Akyplen^®). Suspended pockets,

sewn or welded on a

flexible support.
