Compact, six-axes high-performance robot for any move profile. 3-degrees of freedomwrist with compound movement profile make it possible for handling of objects (wafersor Flat Panel Displays) at virtually any angle. Full line of heavy payload robots to carrythe load of wafer cassettes or large FPD are available for use in a wide variety ofenvironments. Boasting a compact, multi-articulated arm capable of six-degrees of freedom, it can be taught to move in the route of a three-dimensional curved line making possible the complex moves for virtually any application. Perfect for assembly work in cleanroom environments or forwork removal and replacement. Employs an Ac servomotor with Kawasaki’s leading anti-vibration control system to realize high speeds and high precision. Employs an absolute encoder for accurate and reliableoperation and auto-recovery. Specialized controller controls all operations, such as therobot, travel, aligning mechanism and sensors. Based on a cleanliness of class 10 level at a 0.3 µ m andlarger size particles for FC2/6/10/20 and class 100 level at 0.5/um and larger size particles for FC 30/45. Kawasaki robot language (AS Language) built-in. Canhandle customer unique software requests.
