We are continuing our work as an automotive sub industry, which we initiated in 1987, with the production of cold-formed sheet parts and eccentric presses. Karakoc, Kaiip Metal A.5. produces high quality cold-formed sheet parts for Hyundai, Teknik Malzeme, Faurecia together with die production. Today, in automotive industry, high strength sheets are used. KARAKOC. A.5. produces professional presses that are particularly suitable for forming of these high strength sheets and their high quantity production. We can provide presses from 45 tons to 2000 tons for all kinds of requirements. In 2004, we added laser saw machine to our machine production alignment. Produced laser cutting machines have been optimised according to variables used in Turkey such as sheets, material, electricity and gas quality. For that reason, a cost-effective machine in terms of operating costs has been designed. That machine has 4 kW high speed cutting capacity which was specifically designed for cutting of indigenous materials. We produces laser dicing machines between 2.5 kW and 6 kW power.
