| | | Optional Configurations: REMOTE MOUNTING The electronics can be remote mounted in applications where high temperature, high vibration, or access to switch point adjustment is needed. Distances up to 2000' can be specified. EXTENDED SENSOR For larger line sizes the TX, TQ or TS user can specify a custom insertion length to any dimension, placement of the sensor 1/3 of the way into the line is ideal in most applications. DUAL SWITCHBOARD OPTION All Thermal Dispersion series switches can be configured, with an additional board, to function as a window comparator. The switch can detect between two different flow rates, two different temperatures, flow rate and temperature, or can monitor for a combination of temperature and level. FLANGE MOUNTING This option is available on the TX and TQ Series in many different sizes, ratings and face configurations. The sensor insertion length is custom specified by the user. HIGH FLOW OPTION By placing a shroud over the sensor head, the desired set-point of the instrument is extended to higher flow rates. This option is recommended in clean liquids and gases. Process Capabilities: Full Vacuum to 10,000 PSIG (690bar) -320 to 900°F / -195 to 482°C Any Dielectric Any Specific Gravity | | |
