Optional Configurations:
• REMOTE MOUNTING
The electronics can be remote mounted in applications where high temperature, high vibration, or access to switch point adjustment is needed. Distances up to 2000' can be specified.
• EXTENDED SENSOR
For larger line sizes the TX, TQ or TS user can specify a custom insertion length to any dimension, placement of the sensor 1/3 of the way into the line is ideal in most applications.
• DUAL SWITCHBOARD OPTION All Thermal Dispersion series switches can be configured, with an additional board, to function as a window comparator. The switch can detect between two different flow rates, two different temperatures, flow rate and temperature, or can monitor for a combination of temperature and level.
• FLANGE MOUNTING
This option is available on the TX and TQ Series in many different sizes, ratings and face configurations. The sensor insertion length is custom specified by the user.
• HIGH FLOW OPTION
By placing a shroud over the sensor head, the desired set-point of the instrument is extended to higher flow rates. This option is recommended in clean liquids and gases.

Our standard flow/level/temperature switches are the most durable instruments available. They are ideally suited for detecting the increase or decrease in flow or level of virtually all liquids, gases, slurries and granular solids. The "no moving parts" principle of operation offers extremely reliable and repeatable operation with no vanes or linkage to stick, and no paddles to break off. This series of flow switches offers simple, reliable, and cost effective operation in the most severe industrial applications.
A wide selection of threaded and flanged process connections is available and probe length can be made to customer specified length. Numerous circuit board options are available.
