Minimise odour with filters that capture 99% of liquid particulates released in the form of gaseous vapour. Vent filter snaps conveniently into the "Quick-Disconnect" fitting. Carbon Cartridge (top portion) changes from purple to black to indicate when replacement is necessary. The Coalescing Filter (bottom portion) should be replaced after three or four carbon filter cycles. Filters have been designed for use with all 8 and 19 litre TF, PP and Custom built "Quick-Disconnect" cans. Meets EPA 40 CFR 264.173.

Safely collect waste from up to four waste lines from HPLC processes into a single intake fitting. Kit accommodates either 2 mm OD or 3 mm OD lines. Approximately 89 mm long and made of 316-gauge stainless steel, Manifold fits only a stainless steel intake fitting. Four ports are tapped to accommodate 1/4-28 threads of the supplied fittings. Peek™ fittings include four each: 2 mm and 3 mm OD tube fittings with corresponding PCTFE ferrules for compression fit of waste line. Four plug caps are provided to close unused ports. Multiple Manifolds may be used on a custom-designed Quick-Disconnect container as long as one fitting remains unused. Safety Container with Manifold installed is US OSHA complaint and meets NFPA Code 30.

Easy-on, easy-off is the key to Justrite's exclusive "Quick-Disconnect" system. This mechanism offers simple detachment of the can from the process without leaks, drips or vapour release. Once disconnected, the container is automatically sealed to prevent spills and the easy-carrying handle facilitates transfer of contents to disposal station.
