For optimum process reliability, you canrecord your process data and quicklyanalyze the results with a high level ofcertainty, even under difficult application conditions.The instruments meet the requirementsof the Milk Directive and guidelines laid down by the Heating Committee for Measurement, Control and Safety Equip- ment for milk heating system. In addition, measurement data can be recorded in compliance with the FDA requirements of 21 CFR Part 11.
