Research and Development - An in-house research anddevelopment department, with specialist testing laboratories, keeps JS at the forefront of humidification technology. As well as refining existing JS products and developing new ones, our R&D department continually works with other leading humidifier manufacturers to further improve the products we offer our clients. Special Projects - The special projects division works withclients to design and produce bespoke humidification solutions. For precise control of humidity and temperature, extremeoutputs or specialist construction for controlled environments, whatever the requirement, JS will design and manufacture a solution. Service, Planned Maintenance and Spares - JS operates one of thelargest specialist humidifier engineering divisions in the world. Offering global support to our customers, JS provides expertise in every model of humidifier - not just our own. Our services include: Servicing Commissioning Breakdown response Spares Technical help-desk Training Planned maintenance agreements Installation Water Treatment - JS offers a wide variety of watertreatment products specifically for use with industrial humidifiers, including reverse osmosis units, pump sets, UV sterilisation, water storage tanks and industrial water softeners. Services include chlorination and risk assessments for Legionella.
