CELLULAR PartsWashers Compact Aqueous Parts Washers for Work Cell Environments JRI has developed a complète line of standard parts washers designed specifically for use in manufacturing work cells. Thèse compact washers use environmentally friendly aqueous solutions designed to remove machining oils and lubricants used in the cutting and stamping opérations. Thèse highly efficient washers utilize a small footprint making them idéal for Lean manufacturing opérations. Ail JRI aqueous parts washers can be manufactured in either mild or stainless steel. Rotary Drum Washer - Auger JRI's Mini Rotary Drum washers use a combination of spray washing and immersion washing to clean the parts as they rotate inside the drum. This compact washer contains a 14" Inside Diameter by 35" Long auger with flights through its entire length to assist in passing parts through the process zones. The variable speed, Direct Current (DC), drive ranges from less than 1 RPM to 5 RPM. The washers are designed with easy access to the sump making chemical maintenance easy and quick. Thèse machines are idéal for use in a variety of inline cleaning applications. The small footprint of this compact unit is only 48" X 24" X 60" Tall making it perfect for cell cleaning applications. HCCS-Hini JRI's MCCS-Mini conveyor is the most compact efficient belt type washer on the market. It can be configured in wash only, wash/rinse, wash/rinse/blow off, or any combination required for your application. With a belt width ranging from 2" to 6" it is the perfect washer for continuously fed small parts.
