The SEPREMIUM’s separation ability The SEPREMIUM is designed to separate mineral oil, semi –and fully synthetic lubricants from condensate. A stable emulsion formed from mineral oil or synthetic lubricants is typically no problem for the SEPREMIUM. Special elements are available for poly-glycol applications, consult the factory. DISTRIBUTOR Compressed air condensate distributor PRODUCT FEATURES Although the SEPREMIUM 30 has a compressor capacity of 30m3/min, it is possible that certain large applications require two or more units to be installed. In these cases it is recommended that the condensate is equally distributed in to the separators evenly. Subsequently the elements are saturated evenly also. The DISTRIBUTOR has two 1” condensate inlets and eight 1/2” outlets. The depressurising pad ensures a quick depressurisation to ensure an evenly flow to the separators.
