This machine is used for manual manuf- acture of round-bottomed bags for special uses, e.g. as inliner bags inside drums. Both PE and ALUMINIUM/PE films can be processed.Tubular film, cut to size, is used, stretched by hand over a round plate intended for the purpose and to which a round cut-out of film is applied. These components are brought together in the sealing position and the sealing process is triggered by a two-hand controller.After running the preset sealing parameters, the round plate can be moved back to the initial position and the finished bag can be removed. The tool sizes are produced specifically to suit the customer, allowing individual manuf- acture of different diameters. Other special applications on request! Manufacture of round bottom bags for special uses, e.g. as inliners in barrels• Example: Top sealing tool impulse heated and equipped with a form hea-ting band. The bottom sealing tool is unheated.
