Convolute Wheels Series 500 Series 600
Convolute Wheels
During manufacture of the convolute
wheels, fleece fibre nylon is impregnated
with an abrasive grit and is wound around
a hard carrier core. The individual layers
are laced with an adhesive in order to
provide a uniform pattern that must be
observed for the direction of rotation.
Applications:
removal of burs
deburring of stainless steel pipe threads
deburring of die-cast aluminium burs
