Compounds and fluids Diamond compound polishing system JOKE® Magic Magic polishing cloths JOKER, FINAL and SHINE The universal polishing cloths for polishing aluminium, plastics and all grades of steels. They can be used on all materials. The cushioning base layer in these cloths means that they are very quiet to use and leave no score marks on the material. Breakouts and dimpling are prevented. Magic super-fine polishingsuspension Magic super-fine polishing suspension with combined anti-corrosion power gives workpieces that final, brilliant gloss. This thin suspension and the blocky, agglomerate-free diamonds it contains enables totally scratch-free polishing. If necessary, you can use the super-fine polishing suspension together with the Magic „Clean“ cloth to remove any shadows created during final polishing. Magic polishing felts A newly developed special impregnation technique ensures you get the best polishing results when using Magic polishing felts. It means you get less moisture absorption than with normal felts, which enables the diamonds to provide their best cutting performance. JOKE® Magic polishing felts have a wavy surface and are not impregnated, yet they need up to 40% less diamond compound than normal felts. Their precise, smooth surface creates a rapid, even surface on the material being worked and consistently prevents dimpling. A barrier located on the rear side of the felts prevents the ingress of liquid adhesive whenever the felts are glued to the rubber holders. It also prevents the felts from being affected by the adhesive and the adhesive from softening due to the polish used on the felts. Magic STONES grinding stones A complete system incorporating grinding stones for pretreatment purposes. The fixed connection to the connecting rod (click system) ensures that no edging takes place whenever the Magic STONES are fitted, which prevents the rat marks usually created otherwise. The spherical pressure load ensures that grinding is vibration-free and leads to a totally even grinding result.
