The Magic diamond compounds have been specifically tailored to the new tools steels. They are used undiluted or with only 2 drops of diamond fluid on different polishing holders. The advantage: the Magic diamond compounds adhere very well to the polishing holders and are therefore 100% deployed on the workpiece. Diamond compounds are usually used with a large quantity of fluid. Use of a large amount of fluid results however in liquefying of the diamond compound and consequently the latter is flung away during polishing. Only a very small percentage of the diamond compound is deployed on the workpiece – liquefied diamond compound results in excavations and orange peel. No problem with JOKE® Magic!
