Electric motor systems Battery deburring system MVK-line Have you ever removed burrs with your electric toothbrush?! You will feel like this while working with these new battery deburrers. They are not a master of rotational speed, however, with their high torque they can do any work which deals with deburring drilled holes. Handling? Child's play! Just as if it was your toothbrush: position, keep the “power” switch pressed down, deburr for up to 4 hours at a time, let go, finished! Yes, you read it right. One battery charge lasts for an unbelievable 4 hours, which corresponds to around 4,000 dips. After you have finished your work, simply replace the deburrer back in the charging station delivered with the set. That way, it will gain new power and will be ready for use the next time you need it. Thanks to the most modern battery technology, you can place the deburrer in the charging station at any time, without worrying about consequences like reduced runtime etc. By the way, we installed our tried and tested ENESKA heads in this system. There are three designs available: 45° and 90° angle heads as well as a straight head. Practical starter sets are available for all the head designs, which include all the fittings you'll need to get stuck right in. All handles are also available individually, for easy addition to the series in the case of existing accessories.
