The standard is galvanic bonding, in which a layer of abrasive is “applied” to the base body. In addition, we offer tools with a metal or resin bonding, in which the diamond grits are completely embedded in the bonding. Finally, vacuum brazed bonding, in which the grit is directly welded to the base material – for even better service lives and maximum cutting efficiency.
