Diamond/CBN reamers
These tools convince with their robust and
user-friendly construction and extraordinary
durability. As the advancement of conventional
lapping arbors, these reamers can be used
without paste – so that no time-consuming
cleaning is necessary. Design features fixed
shank, cylindrical clamping; slotted front and
continuously adjustable with locking screw.
Main applications:
• Finishing-machining of hardened pressdrilling
for tool and mould making
• Reworking on hard ejector drilling and
sleeves for the plastics industry
• Fine machining and finishing for largescale
production on transfer lines and
machining centres

Diamond or boron nitride?
That depends on the hardness of the
material:
• Diamond for tungsten carbide,, ceramics
and steel up to 57 HRC
• Boron nitride for hardened steel up
to 58 HRC
