Fully equipped. Available straight away exclusively from JOKE®. Equipped with the power of long acceleration: the blasting shot reaches the workpiece from a closed container (pressure tank) at very high velocity through the blasting hose. In comparison to the injector principle, the blasting shot achieves a multiple of the blasting and impact velocity. Pressure blasting is particularly suitable for large surfaces or for removal of stubborn contamination. Very light (e.g. plastic, walnut shells) or heavy, coarsely grained blasting shots (e.g. hard blasting shot) may be used that do not achieve the necessary impact velocity during injection blasting or would require a very long processing time. A filter unit (8 m2 filter area) is incorporated in the unit and is cleaned fully automatically. Likewise included as standard on board is a manual blasting shot control, frequency-controlled suction and an afterfilter module. The blasting shot tank with a capacity of 13 litres is simple to empty using the pivoting mixing valve. The equipment package is rounded off by the Ø 4.5 mm tungsten carbide blasting nozzle, the blasting gun, the ½” water separator and the rapid venting valve with a silencer.
