| JOMACH 156 è un centro operativo a traversa mobile a strutture simmetriche con guide prismatiche rinforzate multiple per lavorazioni di fresatura a 3 e 5 assi ad alta velocità di parti per aeronautica, modelli e stampi. La modularità consente ampie possibilità di personalizzazione in funzione della destinazione di impiego. La struttura a traversa mobile, che utilizza un sistema dual drive a recupero di gioco, con asse Y ed asse Z modulari, integra, nella versione base, l'asse C sul fronte del cannotto. | JOMACH 156 is a mobile cross-beam machining center with symmetrical structures and multiple reinforced prismatic rails for the 3 and 5 axis high speed milling of components for aircrafts, models, moulds and dies. Its modular structure provides wide opportunities of customizing according to the end user requirements. In the base configuration, the mobile cross-beam structure, based on a dual drive system with backlash recovery and modular Y and Z axes, is fitted with an integrated C axis on the ram front side, thus providing the possibility to orient the special heads and/or to machine in the space thanks to the standard twist head. JIMS system The JIMS system (JOBS Interchangeable Motorspindle System) increases the application features of Jomach machines which can be used in more and more complete production processes.
