MODEL M-2000 FRICTION AND WEAR TESTING MACHINE Application:
Model M-2000 Friction & Wear Testing Machine is to test the anti-wear performance for metal and non-metal under the specimen sliding, rolling, sliding-rolling condition. It can also test for various materials under dry-friction, wet-friction.

The machine calculate friction work and also friction coefficient by the data acquired.
Wearable function evaluated: The following methods to evaluate the wearable function.
1. Weight: Before test, make the specimen clean and dry. After test, by means of analytical balance, to measure the difference of the specimens
2. Diameter measuring: Measure the variety of the diameter after test. Measuring instrument: 1. micrometer. 2. By the small idler wheel in the machine. 3.cut-in method.
