Electronic Creep and Rupture Testing Machines
Applications:
Electronic creep rupture series testing machines mainly used for tension and compression creep tests, rupture strength tests and slack tests for metal and nonmetallic materials, can go on routine tension and compression tests too. Also can do low-cycle fatigue and creep fatigue tests with the corresponding accessories.
Features:
1. Adopt electromechanical servo system and transmission system of ball screw replace traditional lever arm loading system. Can transfer constant rate loading to constant-load or constant stain loading automatically
2. Adopt the electronic measuring system of the sensor to measure load and strain, it is digital display directly, response fast, precision high, long steady.
3. The PC gather and deal with the data, be equipped with kinds of software.
4. Have two types of single-column and multi-column according the sample qty in one test.
5. Can choose environmental equipment, grips, extensometers to meet the need of different materials.
Main Specifications:
1)maximum load: 10kN, 20kN, 50kN, 100kN, 200kN, 500kN, can choose load sensor. 2) load measurement error: ±1 % reading (from 1/5 of the consumption measurement range). 3)deformation measurement way: LVDT or strain extensometer, the range can choose ± 1, ±3,±5,±10mm.
4) deformation measurement error:± 0.5 % F.S.
5) long-timely control steady of load, deformation:±1 %.
6) rate of pull rod: 0.01—50mm/min.
7) temperature: can choose following environment chambers & furnaces: split furnace: 300—1000°C
temperature chamber: -70—+350°C vacuum furnace: 800—1600°C
8) Temperature fluctuation: less than ±2°C.
