The BKT Builders Kit is the perfect, cost-saving answer for simple MIG and Sub-Arc applications. The Kit includes a powered carriage with DC motor and control and a drawing package that allows the customer to manufacture the track and mounting columns. The carriage is designed to carry a welding process and traverse along the customer supplied track. If required, Jetline can provide the track and mounting columns manufactured for your application. As options to the carriage, Jetline can provide a 9627 microprocessor control and hand crank slides to mount and position a wire drive.

The 9627 Microprocessor Control is a menu driven control that provides programmable settings for travel speed, travel start delay, travel stop delay, and weld time. Speed range is 1.5 - 75 IPM (4 - 190 cm/min). Travel speed can be set in either IPM or CPM. The control offers forward/reverse jog, rapid travel and maintained travel from the front panel. An Emergency stop push button is located on the front of the control.

Control options include: limit switch stop, home limit switch, tach feed back for high accuracy travel speed, pneumatic torch lift signal and wait for arc on signal.
