Where soft material with fine finished surfaces must be clamped with relatively high pressures, we recommend the use of the Jergens Plastic Pad Covers. Resistant to oils and cutting compounds, they snap over the swivel end of our Hand KnobToggle Screws, Socket Toggle Screws, Toggle Thumb Screws, Toggle Pads and adjustable Torque Thumb Screws. • Material: Nylon Plastic Pad Covers Toggle Thumb Screws • Material: Stem and Head 1215, Pad, 4140 • Finish: Black Oxide • Thread: 2A-UNC • Material: 4140 • Finish: Black Oxide • Heat Treat: 38-42 Rc • Screws may be inserted without removing pads.
