Our core competencies are the development and manufacturing of customer-specific semiconductor chips for LEDs and photodiode applications. Our motivated team uses modern and flexible chip manufacturing technologies in our washing room class 10,000 / 100 facility. Our technical equipment covers all processing steps necessary for chip development and production from ohmic contacting to dicing and from 100 % chip testing to classifying and sorting. Liquid Phase Epitaxy is the basis for producing our spectral selective photodiodes. EPIGAP Optoelektronik GmbH specializes in manufacturing small and medium production series (up to several million pcs.) with a production capacity of about 50 Mio. standard chips per year. Since 2005 we also offer the development and series production of complex, customer-specific optical modules and sensors manufacturer.
