Kabeleinblassystem „FIBERJET“ im EinsatzCable Blowing System “FIBERJET“in working procedure “FIBERJET” is consisting of the ele- ments showed following: „FIBERJET“ besteht aus folgend abgebildeten Elementen: The THALER-Cable Blowing System “FIBERJET” is used for blowing- in cables of diameter range 10–20 mm in HDPE-pipes of different sizes. Cable lengths of up to 4000 m can be blown-in at a speed of up to 100 m/min. The blown-in length is depending on the inner dia- meter of the pipe, the cable diameter, the weight of the cable, the friction factor between cable and pipe as well as on the available air pressure. Furthermore the possible length is depending on the qua- lity of the pipe laying (curve radius, deformations).The THALER-Cable Blowing System Das THALER-Kabeleinblassystem „FIBERJET“ dient zum Einblasen von Kabeln (Durchmesser von 10–20 mm) in HDPE-Schutzrohren ver- schiedener Größen. Es können Kabellängen von bis zu 4000 m bei einer Verlegegeschwindigkeit bis zu 100 m/min eingebracht werden. Die Verlegelänge hängt vom Rohrinnendurchmesser, dem Kabel- durchmesser, dem Gewicht des Kabels, dem Reibungsfaktor zwischen Kabel und Rohr sowie vom verfügbaren Luftdruck ab. Außerdem hängt die mögliche Kabellänge sehr stark von der Qualität der Rohr- verlegung ab (Kurvenradius, Verformungen). Das THALER-Kabeleinblassystem Einblaseinheit „VARIOJET“ Blowing Unit “VARIOJET” Das Basisgerät „VARIOJET“ ist als eigenständige Einheit bereits voll für die Kabelverlegung geeig- net (für Längen bis ca. 1000 m). Für den Betrieb des „VARIOJET“ empfehlen wir einen Kompres- sor mit einem Arbeitsdruck von 10 bar und einer Fördermenge von 10 m The basic unit “VARIOJET“ is an independent device and already able to blow-in cable up to lengths of 1000 m. Hierzu wird der Einblaskopf des „VARIOJET“ am „CABLE FEE- DER“ montiert. Standardmäßig wird der „CABLE FEEDER“ ohne Einblaskopf, Messung und Unter- gestell geliefert.Technische Merkmale:– Zwei pneumatisch angetriebene Förderket-ten, die speziell geformte Mitnehmer zum schonenden Kabelvorschub haben– Fein regulierbare, pneumatische Anpressung der Förderketten an das Kabel– Verstellbarer Abstand zwischen den Förder-ketten für unterschiedliche Kabel- Pushing Device “CABLE FEEDER“ The pushing device “CABLE-FEEDER” is assisting the “VARIOJET” in case of bigger cable lengths or difficult site conditions. Therefor the blowing head of “VARIOJET” will be mounted at the “CABLE FEEDER”.
