PIXELJET 128
Imaging Subsystem
• Near-Letter-Quality Images
• Fast Print Speed Capability
• Repairable Design
• Rugged Stainless Steel Construction
• Choice of Ink Sources
The Pixcljet™ 128 Inkjet Imaging Subsystem from Trident* employs a single 64-ehannel printhead with two orifices per channel to produce near-letter-quality alphanumeric and graphics images up to 0.90 inches (22.8 mm) tall.
The Pixeljei 128 has twice as many individually addressable channels as Tridents UliraJcl'M Imaging Subsystem in a smaller printhead footprint. The printhead can produce up to eight lines of print at twice the vertical resolution of the Ultrajet 192/32. Also capable of printing speeds of more than 60 inches (1.5 meters) per second, the Pixeljei is the ideal choice whenever high volume throughput is required.
This rugged printhead, with its stainless-steel body enclosed in a new protective polypropylene casing, redesigned ship cap and heavy-duty cabling connections, is designed to bear the demanding conditions associated with industrial printing environments. The ruggedness of the Pixeljei 128 will result in a reduction of the ongoing costs associated with maintenance and service of your system in the field. And, because the Pixeljei 128 is manufacturer-repairable, your replacement costs are kepi lo a minimum.
Pixeljei 128 Imaging Subsystems, complete with printhead, ink supply, ink, and associated drive electronics, are available from Trident. Willi printhead orifices smaller than a human hair, the Pixeljei 128 produces extremely low volume droplets. As a result, the ink efficiency is superior to that of competitive printing technologies. And. for added flexibility, you have a choice ol ink sources.
