Point-of-use wetted wiper for routine cleaning and removal of microbial contamination

QuickSat® Hydrogen Peroxide Wipers are pre-wetted with 6% hydrogen peroxide at the point-of-use.

Hydrogen peroxide is commonly used to control microbial growth, but can quickly degrade with time, heat, light or any contamination. Concentrated H₂02 requires storage, handling, diluting and proper disposal. QuickSat Hydrogen Peroxide point-of-use wipers overcome these difficulties.

The patent-pending QuickSat delivery system contains three compartments separated by frangible seals.

• Compartment #1 contains 0.5% HA/DIW

• Compartment #2 contains urea hydrogen peroxide, dry crystals

• Compartment #3 contains 25 Vectra® Honeycomb® 10 (TX1060) wipers

TX1060, Vectra® Honeycomb® 10, wipers are cleanroom knit polyester wipers with a honeycomb texture for very effective scrubbing. They both scrub and remove contamination and are particularly effective in removing microbial growth on wet processing equipment.

The convenient point-of-use packaging makes QuickSat Hydrogen Peroxide Wipers efficient for both routine maintenance and periodic cleaning.
