ITW Dynatec Dynadrum DU55 Series Hot Melt Drum Unloader - 15012 DM55 DynaDrum™ - Adhesive Melter

The DM55 DynaDrum™ bulk adhesive melter provides uninterrupted flow of hot melt adhesive for high volume production demands. Daily operations are simplified with the DM55 DynaDrum™ standard features which include field-interchangeable platen faces, touch-screen PLC, self-diagnostics, and drum low/empty indicators.
DM55 DynaDrum™ Bulk Adhesive Melter: •Inflatable platen seals accommodate various drum diameters, reduce the amount of air purge required, and maintains the platen level in the drum. • Unique platen design provides excellent platen force, melt rates, and adhesive transfer. • Adjustable drum stops effectively secures fiber or steel drums to base plate. • User-friendly touch-screen simplifies integration. • Two-button activation for operator safety.
