Highlights ISCAR is expanding the range of indexable profiling tools with T15 MULTI-MASTER’s largest threaded adaptation. Following are the new tools: BCM D25-MMT15 DROPMILL Ball nose endmill with MULTI-MASTER threaded adaptation carrying tangential straight edge inserts. Used for semi-finishing and finishing at high feed rates. Its unique design provides a fully effective cutter with two cutting edges. The MULTI-MASTER system is essential for die and mold production with its long shank options and a high degree of machining efficiency. ISCAR’s MULTI-MASTER can reduce production costs through increased production efficiency. The MULTI-MASTER system offers the enduser cylindrical or conical shanks, according to his application. Available are steel, solid carbide and heavy metal shanks, which feature high rigidity and reduced vibration, especially in long reach applications. The availability of MULTI-MASTER shank system reduces the cost of special tools for the customer.
