PRODEL provides your company with almost immediate access to production capability. Due to itson-site workshop facilities, Prodel equipment is readily available.The LEAN CELL is modular; it can easily be reconfigured to fit space requirements.The LEAN CELL is Flexible: Products can be interchanged…. equipment adapts to assemble one,two or more different products on the same assembly line. Up to 8 assembly and test processindexing stations can fit on each cell. An operator can work with up to 5 automatic stations per cell.Composed of pre-built units, the new LEAN CELL is delivered to your place of business within recordtimes.LEAN CELL is Modular: It operates on either automatic or manual.It allows you to manage your workforce intelligently by deploying as many staff as required forrequired production. LEAN CELL is both flexible and modular.Cells are easily removed or reconfigured for new applications. New workstations can be added on quickly to either side of the original module. Assembly methods can be changed and/or migrations to new products can be made without anynoticeable interference in production. The PRODEL LEAN CELL delivers 2.10 m2 of industrialpower. Built for maximum space savings, our LEAN CELL does not require any special hook-ups or connections. A series of 6 pallets transport your products. The U-Shape layout is most preferredfor lean manufacturing. This configuration allows manufacturers to optimise the number of operators for required production needs. Also, this design confers maximum melting to both manual and automatic tasks. In principle, mainly high level quality or complex tasks are those best managed by automatic stations. The TURBO system operates with plain language.The TURBO commands pallet flow, all mechanical tools and communicates trough the Ethernetnetwork with any kibf of peripherals.We provide our standard software "TURBOSCOPE" which incorporates both supervisory andtraceability features.
