Service & Support

Ion Science's international network of Approved Service Centres provide a full calibration, maintenance and repair servicefor Ion Science instruments. Qualified engineers are on hand to provide the highest level of Service Support to anexpanding base of Distributors and Customers worldwide.

Service Contracts

The following Service Contracts are available for cost-effective maintenance through the life of each instrument. Gold Service: Platinum Service: • Fixed cost - fix the total instrument operating cost over a fixed period of time • Annual calibration after 12 months • Includes any repair costs and required spare parts • Fast 3 day turnaround - calibration and repair will be carried out within this timeframe, if not a replacementinstrument will be sent out of equal or greater specification• Instrument upgraded with latest software version upon return • Flexibility - can be purchased annually, or over a 5 year service contract • Accessory discounts and promotions available • Fixed cost - fix the total instrument operating cost over a fixed period of time • Annual instrument replacement - two weeks before an instrument is due for annual re-calibration Ion Science will ship a new one• Any instrument failure within the period of the contract will result in a replacement being sent out on the same day (before 12pm GMT, after 12pm next day) • Costs include annual re-calibration and spare parts
