Tube starts toenter productstream at the 6 o’clock position then …2.As the tubemoves through the productstream, it rotatesfrom the 6 to 3o’clock positionwhile collectingthe sample.3.After thecollection, tuberetracts back into the HD-PRT sampler.4.Retracted, thetube thenrotates back tothe 6 o’clockposition andreleases sampleinto the chute ready to repeat.

An industrial sampler for collecting samples from a wide range of materials.It samples fines, small or large particles andalso works with abrasive materials.Provides representative and repeatable samples, employs very simple and reliable operation and uses minimum headroom.Mounting may be in chutes, hoppers, at belt-end or head chutes.When activated, a slotted sample tube enters the product stream with the slot facing down.While fully extended, the sample tube rotates 270 degrees, taking a representative sample through the product stream.Sample tube then retracts out of the product stream, into the sampler housing and deposits the sample into the discharge.Sample tube can be drivenpneumatically or hydraulically.Standard construction:heavy gauge carbon steel housing and 304 stainless steel sample tube.Other construction materials available as required by application.InterSystems control packages areavailable to suit any sampling control application.The standard units allow manual and automatic sampling modes and contain all the essential components to adjust and control the timing of sampling operations.These units can handle a wide variety of voltages and frequencies and can be constructed for most environments.Electric:110V single phase control.Pneumatic:80 to 100 PSI.
