Metallurgical Laboratory Our in-house Metallurgical Laboratory and Process Development Departments provide expertise on the development of induction heating and heat treatment for ferrous and non-ferrous-based alloys to improve product life. Process feasibility, along with computer modeling and 3D electromagnetic and thermal computer process simulation studies, aid in developing the perfect induction heating quation for your part design. Our trained metallurgists and state-of-the-art lab equipment ensures quality craftsmanship at all levels of your products life cycle. Met. Lab. Inductors are designed by our experienced engineers and built specifically to meet the needs of our customers.
