Induction Low Frequency Heating Inductoheat manufactures low frequency heating (60Hz) equipment for an array of applications in a variety of industries. IROSS™ Line Frequency Systems offer interchangeable tooling packages and also contain FluxManager® units that utilize patented technology for yielding superior temperature uniformity compared to conventional medium frequency designs. FluxManager® units can be used for a broad range of thermal applications including; • Preheat for welding • Removal & cure of coatings • Lamination preheat for die casting and bluing • Friction weld and swage stress relieving • Shrink fitting for shafts & gears • Motor frame disassembly Induction Forge Heating Systems The powerful combination of advanced engineering, product innovation and over 55 years experience in induction heating has helped Inductoheat become a world leader in the production of billet and bar heating equipment for the forging industry. Inductoheat’s InductoForge® Modular Billet Heating System offers flexibility and efficiency with its individually controlled (500Hz - 6000Hz) power modules. The flexible modular design results in a much finer and more accurate control of the billet temperature. The heavy-duty, single size forging coil consists of cast end boards, copper windings and long-life removable liner for heating a wide range of billet diameters and shapes. The IHAZ™ Temperature Profile Modeling computer program enables advanced temperature control of the billet heating process. IHAZ™ allows you to customize a billet temperature profile (Induction Heat Affected Zone) to best suit yor billet or bar heating application. Features & Benefits: • Optimized utility costs • Replacement coil liners • Highest possible efficiency • Quick release water connections • Compact, heavy-duty modular design • Infinitely variable in-feed drive speed • Reduced downtime & maintenance costs Material Handling Equipment: • Accept / Reject systems • Dual-coil shuttle system • Bin tippers / Bowl feeders / Step feeders • Heavy-duty twin chain tractor in-feed drives • Bar end heating • Billet & bar heating • RCS billet heating • Warm forming • Armatures • Differential ring gears • Flywheel ring gears • Motor rotors • OCTG • Stators For more information, call 800/624-6297, email sales@inductoheat.com or visit www.inductoheat.com 6 7
