For example: to make an 80 litre batch of lean mortar, the Mix 120 Plus takes about 40 seconds. GRID WITH SAFETY SENSOR For operator safety, an electric device prevents rotation of the paddles when the drum grid is raised. The no-volt coil prevents starting the machine again inadvertently after a power failure. Moving mechanical parts are protected against accidental contact. BROAD RANGE OF MIXABLE MATERIALS Thanks to the forced-duty planetary mixing system, the IMER mixers can mix a broad range of both dry and wet materials, with low or high viscosity. The paddle cover head distributes the material evenly inside the drum. STURDY AND SILENT GEARMOTOR WITH GEARS IN OIL BATH The use of the gearmotor with gears in oil bath lowers the noise level, offering a high level of working comfort for the operator.
