Tough and mobile: MOBIFIL® Welding Fume Filters. 20 Welding fume filters have to meet high demands: high precipitation performance is important as well as easy control and mobile operation at different, constantly changing workplaces. Then it is only a matter of course that welding fume filters have to comply with the standards of the Employer’s Liability Insurance Association and were tested accordingly. It is good to know that MOBIFIL fulfils these requirements without fail. MOBIFIL is practical, rugged, and features a space-saving design. Mobile on four guide rollers, this air cleaner can be positioned almost everywhere where welding fumes develop. One MOBIFIL can be equipped with either one or two suction arms for several workplaces. All MOBIFIL units are fit for hard industrial life – even a blow by a hammer is not an issue, because the cabinet is not made of plastics but of 1.5 mm strong sheet steel. MOBIFIL welding fume filters are available in several designs: with or without automatic filter cleaning equipment. Of course, all units have got saturation indicators showing when filter inserts have to be exchanged. Units with automatic cleaning features flush the filter cartridges with compressed air. Instead of 360° moveable suction arms, ductwork can be connected via a 200 mm duct connector. All MOBIFILs come complete and are immediately ready for operation. MOBIFIL welding fume filters have been tested by the German Accident Prevention and Insurance Association‘s Institute for Safety in the Workplace (BIA). The institute certified that MOBIFIL welding fume filters comply with all standards and regulations, especially TRGS 560 and UVV VBG 113. MOBIFIL is suitable for higher operational demands in industrial use and can be used accordingly.
