Single Sensor Scale Pallet Truck Load Indicator Patented single sensor system (Patent # 6855894) A single sensor mounted on top of the A-frame of the pallet jack measures the deformation of the chassis under load, and translates this into a weight indication in 10 lb increments (Tolerance: 0.9% of full capacity). Simple check weighing, for avoiding overloads on lorries and warehouse racking, for determining shipping weights and verifying incoming goods. Weighing during transport saves time, money and manpower. Unique Features: Stronger than normal scale pallet jacks: - no height increase: easy entry into pallets. - no added weight because of double fork structure: user friendly. Indestructible: the sensor does not take the load, it only measures deformation. Sensor cannot be broken by direct impact or by overloading. One single sensor means low power consumption: works three times longer on a single battery charge. Automatic shut-off after 3 minutes gives 4000 weighing actions on one battery charge.
