Mica insulated Flat and Frame heaters are mainly used on tools in the extrusion, injection moulding, vacuum forming as well as in other forming technologies. They heat metal tools to the required application temperature and compensate for heat loss occuring in the process up to maximum temperature of 280°C. Our guarantee does not necessaraly cover failure in service as we have no control or influence over operating conditions. Im Einsatztemperaturbereich der Heizung bis max. 280°C bringen sie metallische Körper auf eine verarbeitungsbezogene Anwendungstemperatur und gleichen im späteren Verlauf auftretende Wärmeverluste aus. Da wir die Einsatzbedingungen unserer Produkte weder beeinflussen noch bestimmen können, kann eine Gewährleistung für die Dauer der Haltbarkeit und das Erreichen gewünschter Ergebnisse nicht gegeben werden! Les températures d'utilisation se situent à maxi 280°C. Ils portent l'élément à la température de consigne et après maintiennent cette température (pertes par radiation). Du fait que nous n’avons aucune influence sur l’utilisation de nos produits, une garantie au niveau de la durée de vie ainsi que l’obtention de résultats souhaités ne peut être donnée!
